1 Scope of application

These GTC apply to all services offered by Yolenn Richter, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", via the website. yolenn.life are offered. Customers are consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract for the use of the services is concluded when the customer makes an enquiry via the booking form on the website and the provider confirms this by email.

4 Prices and terms of payment

The current prices for the services are listed on the website. Payment is usually made on site in cash or by prior bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

5 Cancellation and changes to appointments

Agreed appointments can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

6 Liability

The provider is liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent breaches of duty. The Provider shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

7 Data protection

Customers' personal data shall be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the contract and in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy.

8. final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
